Changed your mind? You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back — no explanation needed.
EU cooling-off period (right of withdrawal)
Customers in the European Union have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason. At Atelier Oliver, we voluntarily extend this window to a full 30 days for everyone.
Order cancellation
Made a mistake at checkout? You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it by emailing support@atelieroliver.com. After the 12-hour mark, your order may already be moving through processing and can no longer be cancelled — but you're always welcome to return it once it lands on your doorstep.
What condition must the item be in?
To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and packed back in its original packaging with all tags still attached. Anything that has been worn, used, or is missing its packaging can't be accepted.
Non-returnable items
A few items fall outside our return policy: personalised or custom-made pieces, sealed hygiene products where the seal has been broken, and gift cards.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is covered by the customer, and typically runs between 5-10 AUD depending on where you are and which carrier you go with. If your item turned up damaged or defective, we'll happily cover the return shipping in full.
Are there any restocking fees?
Nope — we never charge restocking fees at Atelier Oliver.

My item arrived damaged, what now?
We're sorry — that shouldn't happen. Reach out within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return reaches us and we've inspected it, your refund is processed within 5 business days and sent back to your original payment method. From there, your bank may need an additional 3 to 5 business days to make the funds visible on your statement.
Partial refunds
Occasionally we'll issue a partial refund — for example, if an item comes back with minor signs of use or is missing its original packaging. We'll always get in touch with you before going ahead with a partial refund.
