Processing time

Every Atelier Oliver order is prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after your payment is confirmed.

Order cutoff time

The order cutoff time for all orders in Australia is 5PM.

Delivery time

After your order leaves our warehouse, it typically arrives within 4 to 7 business days. From checkout to your doorstep, expect a total of 5 to 9 business days.

Shipping costs

Shipping is on us — every order to Australia ships free, no minimum required.

How we ship

We partner with Australia Post and Sendle to get your order to you safely. Within 24 hours of dispatch, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost or delayed packages

If 15 business days have passed since your order was dispatched and it still hasn't arrived, please reach out. We'll either resend your order or refund you in full — your choice.

Customs, duties and VAT

All prices on our site include applicable VAT for orders shipped within Australia. If you're ordering from outside Australia, please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
