Processing time
Every Atelier Oliver order is prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after your payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order cutoff time
The order cutoff time for all orders is 5:00 PM AEST. Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
After your order leaves our warehouse, it typically arrives within 4 to 7 business days. From checkout to your doorstep, expect a total of 5 to 9 business days.
Shipping costs
Shipping is on us, every order to Australia ships free, no minimum required.
How we ship
We partner with Australia Post and Sendle to get your order to you safely. Within 24 hours of dispatch, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Where does my order come from?
To bring you quality pieces at fair prices, we work with trusted international fulfilment partners. Your Atelier Oliver order ships directly from our fulfilment partners and is delivered via Australian carriers to your doorstep.
Lost or delayed packages
If 15 business days have passed since your order was dispatched and it still hasn't arrived, please reach out to us at support@atelieroliver.com with your order number. We'll either resend your order or refund you in full, your choice.
Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@atelieroliver.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Customs, duties and taxes
All prices on our site are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes for orders shipped within Australia. Since we currently only deliver to Australia, no customs duties or import taxes apply.
Order changes and cancellation
You can cancel or modify your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it by emailing support@atelieroliver.com with your order number. After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing and can no longer be changed. You're always welcome to return it once it arrives. See our Refund Policy for details.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is not delivered within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a refund. For more information, visit the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) at accc.gov.au.
