Terms of service
Overview
By browsing our website and placing an order with Atelier Oliver, you agree to the terms set out below. If these terms don't sit right with you, please don't use our website.
Eligibility
You need to be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By ordering with us, you confirm that the information you've provided is accurate and that you're legally able to enter into a contract with us.
Account registration
If you create an Atelier Oliver account, you're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for any activity that happens under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service or close accounts at our sole discretion.
Products
Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product you receive.
Product availability
All products are subject to availability. If something is out of stock after you've placed your order, we'll get in touch to let you know and either issue a full refund or send a replacement once you've given the green light.
Pricing
All prices are listed in AUD and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. If a pricing error slips through, we may cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund.
Payment methods
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and Visa. Payment must be completed in full before your order ships.
Order acceptance
Your order counts as an offer to buy from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason — including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Order processing and cancellation
Cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order. After that window closes, your order moves into processing and ships out.
Shipping and delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We can't be held responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or any events beyond our control. You'll find the full breakdown in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
Every now and then, information on our site may contain typos, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any of these at any time without prior notice.
Prohibited uses
You may not use our website or products for any unlawful purpose, to violate regulations, to infringe on our intellectual property, to harass or discriminate against others, to submit false information, to upload viruses, or to interfere with our security features.

User-generated content
If you submit comments, reviews, or any other content to our site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and publish it. You're solely responsible for whatever you choose to submit.

Our website may include links to third-party websites. We're not responsible for their content, accuracy, or any opinions expressed there.
Warranty disclaimer
Our products and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except where the law requires otherwise.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Atelier Oliver harmless from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Force majeure
We can't be held responsible for any failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, terrorism, pandemics, or government actions.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms turns out to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of the Terms will remain in full effect.
