Product images on the Atelier Oliver website are provided for illustration purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual product. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen settings.
5. Product availability
All Atelier Oliver products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you place your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund or ship a replacement with your approval.
6. Pricing and currency
All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund.
7. Payment methods
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and Visa. Payment must be completed in full before your order is shipped. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
8. Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy from Atelier Oliver. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
9. Order processing and cancellation
Cancellations can only be accepted within 12 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse. Contact us at support@atelieroliver.com with your order number. After this window, the order will be processed and shipped. You're always welcome to return it once delivered. 10. Shipping and delivery
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Full details can be found in our Shipping Policy.
11. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Consumer guarantees
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
This is in addition to our voluntary 30-day return policy, which is described in our Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Atelier Oliver delivers exclusively to customers in Australia. Australian consumers retain all rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to take action under the laws of the country in which you reside.
If you have a dispute, please contact us first at support@atelieroliver.com and we will do our best to resolve it. If we are unable to reach a resolution, you may pursue the matter through the applicable dispute resolution body or court in your jurisdiction.
