Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery takes 4 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of dispatch.

Returns

Not quite right? You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Return shipping is covered by the customer. Contact us for the returns address and we’ll guide you through the process. If your item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping is on us.

Washing Instructions

Washing machine: Your Atelier Oliver piece can be machine washed on a delicate cycle at a maximum of 30°C.
