How long does shipping take?

Every order is processed within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes another 4 to 7 business days, so you can expect your order 5 to 9 business days from checkout. You’ll receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of dispatch.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Every order to the United States ships free, no minimum required, with full track and trace included.

What if it doesn’t fit?

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. Items just need to be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached. Prefer a different size? Email us at support@atelieroliver.com and we’ll arrange an exchange.

How do I choose the right size?

Tap “What’s my size?” next to the size selector for full measurements. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. Still unsure? Email us and we’ll help you pick.
